  • Last-Minute Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour begins.

2. Strict Enforcement of the 24-Hour Rule

Please be advised that our 24-hour cutoff is strictly enforced.

  • No Exceptions: We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made even 1 minute after the 24-hour window has passed.

  • Time Zone: All deadlines are calculated based on the local time of the tour’s starting location.

3. Changes and Rescheduling

Any requests to change the date or time of your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the original start time. Requests made within the 24-hour window will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and initiated by Uncle Sam Tours:

  • It typically takes 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.

  • The exact timing depends on your financial institution’s processing procedures.

  • “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

5. Cancellations by the Operator

In the rare event that Uncle Sam Tours must cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or failing to meet minimum traveler requirements:

  • You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • The strict 24-hour rule does not apply if we are the ones initiating the cancellation.
